The REA-S company offers a complex of production halls in Brezno for long-term lease or sale. The industrial park “Mostaren Brezno” is located in the center of Slovakia, with good accessibility to Poland, Hungary, Austria, the Czech Republic and Ukraine. The complex is connected to an active railway junction. The railway track is the property of the current owner and is part of the offer. The total area of the building is approx. 17,000 sqm. The building consists of 4 production halls with full social facilities with the possibility of expansion of office space + 1500 sqm. A separate social building with 4 one-room apartments is part of the area. Own transformer station together with accessories is an advantage in the supply of electricity – it makes the supply of electricity cheaper.

All 4 halls are equipped with remote-controlled cranes (11 pcs in total) with a load capacity from 5 to 20 tons and the entrance and cargo gates. The gate P2, in hall No. 2, has a width of up to 8.20 m and a height of up to 5.20 m. The complex has a lot of storage spaces and handy warehouses. The facility consists of several office spaces, changing rooms, social facilities, dining area, archive and separate maintenance workshops.
- There are 3 technical-vocational secondary schools in Brezno and in close surroundings, each year the schools train around 200 young people who are looking for work in the region.
- In one of the buildings there is an accommodation unit with an area of 200 m2, after reconstruction it will offer 4 separate housing units.
- The building has two floors of office space, which after the necessary reconstruction can offer 1500 sqm of offices.
- There is a project for the installation of solar panels on the roofs of the halls, with a power of approx. 3 MW.
